CONSENT AND DEDICATION
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT:
That Stone Brooke, L.L.C., does hereby covenant that it is the lawful owner of the
real estate described as follows:
A Replat of all of Lot 31 Stone Brooke Subdivision Fifth Addition in the City of
Ames, Story County, Iowa, and containing 15.744 acres more or less.
It hereby certifies, acknowledges and declares that the platting of this real estate to
be known as Stone Brooke Subdivision Sixth Addition, Ames, Iowa, is with its free
consent and in accordance with its desire as proprietor.
It further dedicates the streets and public ways on the plat to the public, including
Waterbury Circle, which is specifically dedicated to the City of Ames.
