RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLAT AND
STREETS OF STONE BROOKE SUBDIVISION
SIXTH ADDITION OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of Ames, Iowa, a plat
of Stone Brooke Subdivision Sixth Addition of Ames, Iowa, said plat involving the
following described real estate:
A Replat of all of Lot 31 Stone Brooke Subdivision Fifth Addition in the City of
Ames, Story County, Iowa, and containing 15.744 acres more or less.
and
WHEREAS, said plat has been submitted to the City of Ames Planning and
Zoning Commission and said Commission has acted thereon as provided by law, and
WHEREAS, the Owners have complied with all conditions as set forth in the
ordinances of the City of Ames, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of Ames, Iowa, that the said plat
be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Ames, Iowa, that
the said plat of Stone Brooke Subdivision Sixth Addition of Ames, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved and accepted for and on behalf of the City of Ames, Iowa,
and the lands shown on said plat which are dedicated for the perpetual use of the
public are hereby. accepted by the City of Ames, Iowa, and all acts and doings by the
grantors-irk th-e-premises are hereby confirmed and approved by the City Council of
Ai aes Iowa, on -his 12th day of sQtember ,
