QUIT CLAIM DEED M
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That IOWA ACRES, INC., in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration in hand paid does
hereby QUIT CLAIM unto THEODORE R. STERLING II and PEGGY J. STERLING,
Husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship and not as Tenants in
Common, the following described real estate, situated in Story County, Iowa:
Lot 3, Sterling Subdivision, in Story County, Iowa
This deed is given without consideration to correct the legal description of the parcel
owned by Grantee.
Each of the undersigned releases all rights of dower, homestead and distributive
share in and to the real estate described above.
