Re: CDP for Sterling Subdivision
Members of the Commission:
On May 16, 1990, the Planning and Zoning Commission will consider for approval
the Conceptual Development Plan for the above proposed subdivision.
As counsel for the owner/developer;we would like to formally request that the City
of Ames waive the general requirement for subdivision infrastructure and utility access.
Our request is based on the fact that the property lies outside the Ames city limits
and therefore no city utilities are available.
It is our understanding that the Department staff recommend this waiver:
