NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that Change Order No. 13 on contract with Knutson Construction of Minneapolis, Minnesota, for the New Water Plant, Contract 2 be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
