HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Annual Affirmative Action Report RESOLUTION NO. 16-676 RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNUAL AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REPORT FOR THE CITY OF AMES WHEREAS, the City of Ames Affimative Action Plan and Policy requires that the Affirmative Action Officer perform an availability and utilization analysis at the end of each fiscal year; and, WHEREAS, the purpose of this analysis is to identify areas of the workforce that do not mirror the gender and ethnic/minority characteristics of the available, qualified population and to offer suggestions for addressing in the coming fiscal year; and, WHEREAS, the Affirmative Action Report represents the analysis for the end of Fiscal Year 2015/16. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Annual Affirmative Action Report for Fiscal Year 2015/16 is hereby approved.
