RESOLUTION NO. 89-358
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION
OF CONSTRUCTION IN
SPRING VALLEY 4TH, 6TH, & 7TH ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, over the past construction season, utility and street
construction has been completed in the 4th, 6th, and 7th Additions; and
WHEREAS, this work has been completed in accordance with the
requirements of the City and has been inspected by the Engineering
Division.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Ames, Iowa, that the construction of the utilities and streets
in Spring Valley 4th, 6th, and 7th Additions is hereby accepted.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of October, 9.
