RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
301 SOUTH 4TH STREET
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS,application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted fora conveyance parcel
of land per Section 23.307 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 301 South 4t'Street,and the owner is A&D Partnership; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is:

A parcel of land In the NE 1/4 of the NW 114 of Section 11, Township 83 North, Range 24
West of the 5th P.M., fovea, described as follows: Commencing at the NE Comer of Lot 1,
Cayler's Subdivision to Ames, lowaa;thence East 182.73 feet along the South line of South
3r+d Street; thence South 180 feet to the point of beginning; from the point of beginning,
thence South 212.7 feet;thence West 182.73 feet;thence North 212.7.feet,thence East

WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with the condition that the Plat of Survey be revised to include
public easements for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and electric facilities on the site prior to signature by
the Planning and Housing Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 301 South 4"Street is hereby approved,with the following condition: that the Plat
of Survey be revised to include public easements for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and electric facilities
on the site prior to signature by the Planning and Housing Director
ADOPTED THIS 18`h day of October, 2016.
