RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, 17TH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director, the erosion
control(seeding)improvements required for the Northridge Heights Subdivision, 17'Addition,are
hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The financial security given to secure performance ofthe public improvements
is hereby released in full and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 1 Ph day of October, 2016.
