SUBJECT: Certification of subdivision construction.
BACKGROUND:
Over the past construction season several private subdivision improvement
projects were completed. All of this work was completed in accordance with
the design and construction requirements of the City and was inspected. by
City personnel . The improvements constructed involved the following:
Landmark Subdivision - street
Wildflower-Subdivision - sanitary sewer, water, & street base
Patio Homes West 3rd Addition - sanitary sewer, water main, and
storm sewer
Green Hills Subidivison - water main
Spring Valley 4th Addition - sanitary sewer and water
Spring Valley 3rd Addition - street
Patio Homes West 2nd Addition - street
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is recommended by the City Manager that the City Council accept the
street and utility construction within the various subdivisions as outlined
above.
