Ames, Iowa, a municipal corporation located in Story County, 4 �
Iowa, for One Dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tionin hand paid, does hereby quit claim unto ERBEN A.
HUNZIKER and DONALD M. FURMAN, R. FRIEDRICH AND SONS, INC., a� -
t and BUCK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., all of its right, title, s�
interest, estate, claim and demand in and to the following m
described real estate situated in Story County, Iowa, to-wit:

as follows: the WEST ONE-HALF OF PINE STREET from
