RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF VARIOUS SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SUBDIVIDERS
AND THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has filed certificates of completion for the
City of Ames, Iowa, in accordance with agreements by and between the contractors
as follows:

IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the
improvements listed above have been fully completed by the subdividers in
accordance with the terms of the agreements and are hereby accepted and
. approved.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that all resolutions or orders or. parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
