RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENTD�
Russell S. Soper and Helen D . Soper , husband and wife ,
in consideration of the sum of one dollar , receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged , grants to the City of Ames , Iowa , a
Municipal Corporation , its successors and assignes , the
right to use the following described real estate as a vehicular
turnaround for emergency vehicles , and other service vehicles
of the City of Ames including public utilities designated by
the City of Ames .
This Right of Way Permit and Easement is terminated
when Jewel Drive is extended south of the South Line of
Soper 's Meadow Subdivision .
The real estate is described as follows :
The East sixteen ( 16) feet of the South twenty
(20) feet of the North twenty eight (28) feet of Lot 10 of
Soper ' s Meadow Subdivision of Ames , Iowa .
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express
condition that the City of Ames will assume liability for
all damage to the hereinbefore described property caused by
said City ' s failure use due care in its exercise of the
granted rights .
