Benson, the undersigned attorney, have exam- ined the record title to the real estate described on exhibit "A", attached hereto, to be known as SOPER'S MEADOW SUBDIVI- SION. OF AMES,- IOWA, and based thereon I am of the opinion that record merchantable fee simple title to said real estate is vested in RUSSELL S. SOPER and HELEN D.
