SUBJECT: Acceptance of subdivision construction.
BACKGROUND:
Over the course of this construction season, various projects were com-
pleted by developers that will become the maintenance responsibility of the
City. The projects included the following:
Willow Creek 4th Addition - sanitary sewer and water mains.
Sondrol's Subdivision - street.
Spring Valley 4th Addition - street base and curb and gutter.
Patio Homes West 3rd Addition - street.
All of these improvements have been constructed in accordance with the
City's requirements and were inspected by the City staff.
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is recommended by the City Manager that the City Council approve the
construction in the subdivisions listed above.
