A perpetual easement for storm sewer and surface water flowage is granted over and across

A perpetual easement for storm sewer is granted over and across the following-described real
estate:

Sixth Addition, Ames, Story County, Iowa; thence, North along the
West line of said Lot 9 a distance of 15.00 feet; thence, Southeasterly
a distance of 21.28 feet to a point on the South Line of said Lot 9;
