RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
SOMERSET SUBDIVISION, 2ND ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director,the utilities
and paving required for the Somerset Subdivision, 2nd Addition, are hereby accepted as complete

and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the released and shall be returned
to the subdivider.
