CONSENT
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
That QUIKTRIP CORPORATION, ERBEN A. HUNZIKER and MARGARET H.
HUNZIKER, husband and wife, and DONALD M. FURMAN and RUTH W.
FURMAN, husband and wife, do hereby acknowledge and declare that
the platting of the following described real estate, situated in
the City of Ames, Iowa, to-wit:

AND
Part of the right-of-way of Old U.S. Highway #30 in the
