RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PLATOF
IOWA STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH PARK
PHASE III SECOND ADDITION OFAMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of Ames, Iowa, a plat of Iowa State
University Research Park Phase III Second Addition, Ames, Iowa, said plat involving the following
described real estate:
See Exhibit A Attached
and
WHEREAS, the owners have complied with all conditions as set forth in the ordinances of the
City of Ames, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of Ames, Iowa, that the said plat be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Ames, Iowa,that the said plat
of Iowa State University Research Park Phase III, Second Addition of Ames, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved and accepted for and on behalf of the City of Ames, Iowa, and the lands
shown on said plat which are dedicated for the perpetual use of the public are hereby accepted
by the City of Ames, Iowa, and all acts and doings by the grantors in the premises are hereby
confirmed and approved by the City Council of Ames, Iowa, on this 9th day of February
2016.
