RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS
IN QUIK TRIP SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Rhiner Plumbing, Con-Struct, Inc. and Manatt's, Inc. have
satisfactorily completed the water main; storm sewer, sanitary sewer,
pavement widening, and bikepath for Quik Trip Subdivision owned 'by Quik
Trip.
NOW, .THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Ames, Iowa, that the public improvements constructed in Quik Trip
Subdivision are hereby accepted.
ADOPTED THIS 24th day of March, 1992.
