CONSENT TO PLAT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
Bank IV Topeka, N.A. , Topeka, State of Kansas , hereby consents
to the platting of the following described property:
See property legally described in Exhibit "A" , said
Exhibit "A" being attached hereto by reference
incorporated and made a part hereof for legal
description .
The property identified in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto by reference incorporated and made a part hereof
for legal description is to be platted and known as
Prairie West , an Official Plat , now included in and
forming a part of the City of Ames , Story County,
Iowa.
This Consent is given by the undersigned as mortgage holder
(hereafter "Mortgagee" ) pursuant to a mortgage granted by Mid-Land
Residential Ventures , Inc. to Bank IV Topeka, N.A. dated the 28th
day of December , 1990 and recorded on the 31st of December , 1990,
in Book 405 at Page 330 of the records of the Recorder of Story
County, Iowa .
The mortgage encumbers a portion of the property described in
Exhibit "A" , and more specifically in the mortgage, as follows :
The S.W. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 34, Township 84 North,
Range 24 West of the 5th P.M. , in the City of Ames, Story County,
Iowa, lying West of First Addition , Prairie View Subdivision,
except streets .
This Consent to Plat is given to demonstrate that the Plat to
be known as Prairie West has been prepared with the undersigneds
consent .
