KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
The undersigned certifies that they are the President and Vice
President of Mid-Land Residential Ventures , Inc. , a Kansas
Corporation, and by virtue of such officers , they have authority to
act on behalf of said Corporation , and are the persons designated
in the Articles of Incorporation and By-laws of said Corporation to
sign and execute all instruments of writing and to transact the
business of the Corporation pursuant to the laws of the State of
Kansas , the Articles of Incorporation and By-laws of said
Corporation .
The undersigned hereby consents to the platting of the
following described property:
See property legally described in Exhibit "A" , said
Exhibit "A" being attached hereto by reference
incorporated and made a part hereof for legal
description .
The property identified in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto by reference incorporated and made a part hereof
for legal description is to be platted and known as
Prairie West , an Official Plat , now included in and
forming a part of the City of Ames , Story County,
Iowa.
This Consent is given by the undersigned in its capacity as one
of the proprietors of record titleholders of that property hereinbefore
legally described in Exhibit "A" which is by reference incorporated
and made a part hereof .
This Consent is also given to demonstrate that the Plat to be
known as the Prairie West , an Official Plat , included in and
forming a part of the City of Ames , Story County, Iowa, has been
prepared with the undersigneds free consent and in accordance with
the undersigneds desire .

appeared Bruce L. Christenson and Nancy C. Seitz, to me personally
known, who, being by me duly sworn, did say that they are the
President and Vice President of Mid-Land Residential Ventures ,
Inc . , the Corporation executing the within and foregoing instru-
ment ; that no seal has been procured by the said Corporation; that
said instrument was signed on behalf of said Corporation by
authority of its Board of Directors ; and that the said Bruce L.
Christenson, as President and Nancy C. Seitz, as Vice President
acknowledged execution of said instrument to be the voluntary act
and deed of said Corporation, by it and by them voluntarily exe-
cuted .

Beginning at the S.W. Corner of the S.W. 1/4 of
the N.W. 1/4 of Section 34, Township 84 North,
Range 24 West of the 5th P.M. , Ames , Story

West Line of the S.W. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of

the N.W. Corner of the S.W. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4
