KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
That DALE COOPER (also known as DALE R. COOPER) , an
unmarried person, KATHY JEAN COOPER, an unmarried person, KITTY SUE
COOPER, an unmarried person, CYNTHIA ANN COOPER, an unmarried
person, and PAUL KEVIN COOPER, an unmarried person, for good and
valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant unto the City of Ames, Iowa, a municipal
corporation, its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to
construct, reconstruct, maintain, repair and use utility services
and apparatus upon, underground, over or across the following-
described real estate:

Outlot "A" The South 10 Feet.
all of the foregoing in PETE COOPER SUBDIVISION, SECOND ADDITION,
AMES, IOWA, A REPLAT OF LOTS 8 AND 9, PETE COOPER SUBDIVISION,
AMES, IOWA.
The undersigned further grant unto the City of Ames,
Iowa, a municipal corporation, its successors and assigns, the
following perpetual drainage easements:

Lot 1 The South 20 Feet and the West 20 Feet;
Lot 2 The South 20 Feet;
Lot 3 The South 20 Feet;
Lot 4 The South 20 Feet;
Lot 5 The South 20 Feet;

Outlot "A" All of Outlot "A";
all of the foregoing in PETE COOPER SUBDIVISION, SECOND ADDITION,
AMES, IOWA, A REPLAT OF LOTS 8 AND 9, PETE COOPER SUBDIVISION,
AMES, IOWA.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express
condition that the users of the granted rights will assume
liability for all damage to the real estate described herein and
