AND
PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGES
AMERICAN STATE BANK, the mortgagee of a certain mortgage
made and executed by DAVID DEVEREAUX and CHERYL HUSS DEVEREAUX,
husband and wife, as mortgagors, said mortgage being dated June
11, 1993, and having been filed in the office of the Recorder of
Story County, Iowa, on June 14, 1993, in Book 520, commencing at
page 119, and also being the mortgagee of a certain Mortgage
executed by said mortgagors, said Mortgage being dated July 14,
1993, and having been filed in the office of the Recorder of Story
County, Iowa, on August 3, 1993, in Book 534, commencing at page
172, does by these presents consent to the platting of the
following-described real estate and states that the plat is
prepared with its free consent and in accordance with its desire:

subdivision dedicated to the public, specifically reserving and
