CONSENT TO PLATTING
AND
PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
FIRSTAR BANK AMES, AMES, IOWA (successor to United Bank
and Trust) , mortgagee of a certain mortgage executed by EVERETT S.
FREEL and MARILYN A. FREEL, husband and wife, as mortgagors, said
mortgage being dated March 23, 1990, and having been filed in the
office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on March 27, 1990,
in Book 386, commencing at page 67, does by these presents consent
to the platting of the following-described real estate and states
that the plat is prepared with its free consent and in accordance
with its desire:

The undersigned mortgagee does further hereby release
from the lien of said Mortgage those streets within said
subdivision dedicated to the public, specifically reserving and
retaining the mortgage liens and all mortgage rights against the
remaining property described in said Mortgage.

personally appeared Roger R. Rinderknecht and R.M. Fischer ,
to me personally known, who being by me duly sworn, did say that
they are the President and Executive Vice President,
respectively, of the corporation executing the within and foregoing
instrument; that the seal affixed thereto is the seal of the
corporation; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf
of the corporation by authority of its Board of Directors; and that
Roger R. Rinderknecht and R. M. Fischer I as officers,
acknowledged the execution of the foregoing instrument to be the
voluntary act and deed of the corporation, by it and by them
voluntarily executed.
