Huss, husband and wife, and Shaffer Auto Body Co. , Inc. , an Iowa corporation, have executed a written Consent declaring that the platting is with their free consent and is in accordance with their desires as proprietors, and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the plat should be approved, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the plat of PETE COOPER SUBDIVISION, AMES, IOWA, be and it is hereby accepted and approved, and 560 17l PAI a b 3 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the dedication of the street within said plat be and the same is hereby accepted for and on behalf of the City of Ames, Iowa, and all the acts of Dale Cooper (also known as Dale R. Cooper) , an unmarried person, Everett S. Freel and Marilyn A. Freel, husband and wife, Donald E. Barber and Leanna K. Barber, husband and wife, George L. Jones and Joyce E. Jones, husband and wife, Dave Devereaux (also known as David E. Devereaux) and Cheryl A. Huss, husband and wife, and Shaffer Auto Body Co. , Inc. , an Iowa corporation, as Grantors in the premises, are hereby confirmed and approved by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, on this 19th day of October 1993 .
