SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Plats of Patio Homes West Second Addition.
BACKGROUND:

The owners of the property north of Ontario at the west corporate limits have
completed all the requirements of platting for the Second Addition of Patio
Homes West Subdivision. The platting is in accordance with the previously
approved Conceptual Development Plan for the area.
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is recommended by the City Manager that the City Council accept the Final
Plat of Patio Homes West Second Addition and the associated documents.
