HomeMy WebLinkAbout~Master - Annual Affirmative Action Report RESOLUTION NO. 15-646 RESOLUTION APPROVING ANNUAL AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REPORT FOR THE CITY OF AMES WHEREAS, the City of Ames Affirmative Action Plan and Policy requires that the Affirmative Action Officer perform an availability and utilization analysis at the end of each fiscal year; and, WHEREAS, the purpose of this analysis is to identify areas of the workforce that do not mirror the gender and ethnic/minority characteristics of the available qualified population and offer suggestions for addressing in the coming fiscal year; and, WHEREAS, the report represents the analysis for the end of fiscal year 2014/15. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the attached Annual Affirmative Action Report for FY 2014/15 is hereby approved as attached hereto and made a portion hereby by this reference.
