ATTORNEY'S OPINION
I, D. R. Newbrough, hereby state that I am an Attorney at

County, Iowa. I further state that I have examined the Abstract
of Title to the following described real estate:
A part of the S1/2 of Section 31 - Twp 84N •- R24V7
of the 5th P.M., City of Ames, Story County, Iowa,
described as follows: "Commencing at the South
1/4 corner of said Section 31; thence N 890 40'
40" E along the South line of the SE1/4 of said v-
Section 31, a distance of 322.45 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence North 900.0 feet; thence
N 89° 40' 40" E, 160.25 feet; thence North 10.0
feet; thence N 89° 40' 40" E, 203.5 feet; thence '
South 910.0 feet to the South line of the SE1/4;
thence S 891 40' 40" W along said South line a :
distance of 363.75 feet to the Point of Beginning," '

has been subdivided and is now known as Patio Homes West First

opinion the fee title is in Erben A. Hunziker and Donald M.
Furman.and the real estate is free from encumbrances except •. tf
