RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF ASSESSMENT AND
UTILITY CONNECTION FEE OBLIGATION FOR LOT 14,
EASTGATE SUBDIVISION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that acceptance of payment in the amount of$38,010.00 is hereby approved; and, authorization of
the Release ofAssessment and the Utility Connection fee obligation for Lot 14,Eastgate Subdivision
is hereby further approved.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of October, 2015.
