j FROM : Paul D. Wiegand, Municipal Engineer
DATE : April 10, 1984
SUBJECT : Subdivision Bonds.
The bonding requirements for two recently processed final plats have been
changed from the initial submittals. Originally, a bond was obtained for
the sidewalk construction within Par vi.ew ; h7 a avasirnn ,. This bond can
be released when the private agreement form as approved by John Klaus is
submitted.
Stone Brooke Subdivision has two changes that should be noted. The first
relates to sidewalks also in that the sidewalk bond that was originally
filed with the platting documents may be released when the private agree-
ment is filed. The second area relates to the actual amount of the bond
that is required. The bonding should be reduced to $40,800.00 for street
surface, street signs, and street lights, because the developer has sub-
mitted a certified check for the remaining portion of the improvements that
were originally bonded for.
