RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER, WATER MAIN AND
STREETS IN PARKVIEW 20TH SUBDIVISION AND STREETS IN LANDMARK SUBDIVISION IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE SUBDIVIDER AND THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has filed a certificate of completion of
sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, and streets in the Parkview 20th
Subdivision and streets in the Landmark Subdivision, Ames, Iowa, in accordance
with an agreement by and between Hunziker and Furman and the City of Ames, Iowa;
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the
sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main and streets for Parkview 20th
Subdivision and streets in Landmark Subdivision have been fully completed by the
subdivider in accordance with the terms of the agreement and are hereby accepted
and approved.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that all resolutions or orders or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
ADOPTED this 13th day of November, 1984.
