RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
PEDESTRIAN RAMPS IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
NORTHRIDGE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, 15TH ADDITION,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Director,the pedestrian
ramps required for the Northridge Heights Subdivision, 15`' Addition, are hereby accepted as
complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The bond given to secure performance of the public improvements is hereby
released in full and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 8'day of September, 2015.
