RESOLUTION NO. 15-494
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
2811, 2817,AND 2823 WEST STREET
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a boundary line
adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 2811,2817,and 2823West Street,and the owner is West Street
Lofts, LC; and,
WHEREAS,the real estate description is Lots 1, 2, and 3, Stanley's Subdivision, City of Ames,
Story County, Iowa; and,
WHEREAS,a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has been rendered
by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 2811, 2817, and 2823 West Street is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 11th day of August, 2015.
