HomeMy WebLinkAboutA007 - Auditor's Platting Certificate dated September 16, 1980 a AUDITOR' S PLATTING CERTIFICATE I , the undersigned Auditor of Story County, Iowa, acting pursuant to Section 441. 65 of the Code of Iowa, do hereby certify that the real estate shown and described on the at- tached survey plat entitled OAKWOOD SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AMES , IOWA, has been subdivided by the proprietors thereof and is being or has been sold or conveyed. That said owners are required by Chapter 409 of the Code of Iowa to file for record an official plat of said real estate. That I have as Auditor of Story County, Iowa, caused said attached plat to be made and executed by reason of the failure of said owners to do so and said plat shall be known and identified as OAK1400D SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AMES IOWA. day of 1980 .
