KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That the undersigned
do hereby covenant that they are the sole lawful owners of that
certain real estate situated in Story County, Iowa, described
on EXHIBIT A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference thereto.
That the undersigned do hereby acknowledge and declare
that the subdividing of said real estate as it appears on the
survey plat attached hereto is done with their free consent
and in accordance with their desires as proprietors and that
the plat of said real estate is to be known as : OAKWOOD SECOND
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AMES , IOWA.
That the undersigned hereby acknowledge and declare that
the respective owners of the several numbered lots contained
within said OAKWOOD SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AMES , IOWA,
are as follows :
(a) OAKWOOD LIMITED PARTNERSHIP is the owner of Lot One
(1) .
(b) HAROLD J. NICHOLS is the owner of Lots Two (2) ,
Three (3) , Five (5) , Six (6) and Seven (7) , subject to the
rights of EV COCHRANE & ASSOCIATES , INC. , as contract pur-
chaser.
(c) ERBEN A. HUNZIKER, DEAN E. HUNZIKER, DONALD M. FURMAN
and ROBERT W. SHIRK are the owners of Lot Four (4) .
That the undersigned do hereby dedicate and set apart for
the perpetual use of the Public the street right-of-way shown
and designated on said plat as "OAKWOOD ROAD and ELWOOD DRIVE. "
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned have executed this in-
strument this 22nd day of July, 1980 .
