KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THIS INSTRUMENT: That NORTHWOOD
PLAZA ASSOCIATES LP, a New Jersey .Limited Partnership, does
hereby convenant that- it, together with RANDALL'S INTERNA-
TIONAL, INC. , a South Dakota Corporation, is a lawful owner
of the following described real estate situated in_ Story
County, Iowa, to-wit:
A part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) ; Lots Seven (7) and Eight
-(8) , except the West 60 feet thereof, in North Park
Subdivision of the 'South Half (S1/2) of the South-
east Quarter (SE1/4) ; and the vacated Frontage
Road, lying East of Lots 7 and 8 , , in North Park
Subdivision; all in Section 27, Township 84North,
Range 24 West of the 5th P.M. , in the City of Ames,
Story County, Iowa, all described as follows:
"Commencing at the Northeast (NE) corner of the
South Half (S1/2) of- the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4)
of Section 27-T84N-R24W of the 5th P.M. , in the
City of Ames , Story County , Iowa ; thence

S1/2-SE1/4 of said Section 27, to the Point of Be-

That NORTHWOOD PLAZA ASSOCIATES LP does hereby acknowl-
edge and declare that the subdividing of said real estate as
it appears on the survey plat attached hereto is done with
its free consent and in accordance with its desire as a pro-
prietor and that the plat of said real estate is to be known
as:
NORTHWOOD PLAZA FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF AMES,
IOWA.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said NORTHWOOD PLAZA ASSO/Cl/ALTES LP
has caused this instrument to be executed on -the day
of 1990.
