WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
Ames, Iowa, a Plat of real estate described as:
As shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto and
by this reference made a part hereof,
to be known as Eighteenth Addition, Northridge Parkway Subdivision
to Ames, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Housing of the
City of Ames has recommended that the Plat be approved, and
WHEREAS, the said owners have dedicated for public use
as streets a portion of the said real estate, the location and
dimensions of which are accurately shown on the Plat, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision conforms to the comprehensive
plan of the City of Ames and conforms to Section 114A. 8 , Chapter
354 . 6 and 354 . 11 of the Code of Iowa, and conforms to the standards
and conditions established by the City of Ames, Iowa, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Ames, - Iowa, that the Plat of the Eighteenth Addition
Northridge Parkway Subdivision to Ames, Iowa, be and it is hereby
accepted and approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the dedication of the
streets within said Plat be and the same is hereby accepted for and
on behalf of the City of Ames, Iowa, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all acts and doings by the
grantors in the premises are hereby confirmed and approved by the
City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, on this 7th' day..,of

We, Ted Tedesco and Diane Voss, being the duly elected
and appointed Mayor and City Clerk, respectively, of the City of
Ames, Iowa, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution Number 99-443 is a true and accurate copy of the said
Resolution; and that the said Resolution was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, at a duly called
meeting thereof on the 7 day o December , 1999.
