HomeMy WebLinkAboutA004 - Resolution No. 97-621 adopted December 16, 1997 RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-621 ACCEPTING PLAT AND STREETS WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of Ames, Iowa, a Plat of real estate described as: As shown on Schedule "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, to be known as Sixteenth Addition, Northridge Parkway Subdivision to Ames, Iowa, and WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Housing of the City of Ames has recommended that the Plat be approved, and WHEREAS, the said owners have dedicated for public use as streets a portion of the said real estate, the location and dimensions of which are accurately shown on the Plat, and WHEREAS, the subdivision conforms to the comprehensive plan of the City of Ames and conforms to Section 114A. 8 , Chapter 354 . 6 and 354 . 11 of the Code of Iowa, and conforms to the standards and conditions established by the City of Ames, Iowa, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that the Plat of the Sixteenth Addition Northridge Parkway Subdivision to Ames, Iowa, be and it is hereby accepted and approved; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the dedication of the streets within said Plat be and the same is hereby accepted for and on behalf of the City of Ames, Iowa, and N -*" 00409 C��� , 2 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all acts and doings by the grantors in the premises are hereby confirmed and approved by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, on this 16th day of December , 1997 .
