COUNCIL ACTION FORM
SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT OF NORTHRIDGE PARKWAY
SUBDIVISION THIRTEENTH ADDITION IN AMES, IOWA.
BACKGROUND:
The owners of the property west of County Road R-50 and east of Squaw Creek have
met the requirements of the City with respect to the subdivision ordinance.
The developers have filed security guarantees to insure completion of the remaining
public improvements for this subdivision. Sanitary sewer construction has been
completed. Storm sewer, water main, curb and gutter, base course, and street lights
will be completed this construction season. Separate guarantees have been filed by
the developers to assure sidewalk installation as houses are built.
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is the recommendation of the City Manager that the City Council accept the Final Plat
and associated documents for Northridge Parkway Subdivision Thirteenth Addition,
in Ames, Iowa.
