RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
ON CONTRACT WITH
ALSTOM POWER, INC., OF WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT
FOR NATURAL GAS CONVERSION EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BURNERS,
IGNITERS, SCANNERS, THERMAL ANALYSIS,AND COMPUTER MODELING
FOR THE CITY OF AMES,IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper on the
above contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa,
that Change Order No. 3 on contract with Alstom Power, Inc., of Windsor, Connecticut, for the
National Gas Conversion Equipment,including Burners,Igniters, Scanners,Thermal Analysis,and
Computer Modeling be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
ADOPTED THIS 12th day of May, 2015.
