I, D. R. Newbr-ough, Mate that I am an Attorney at Law,
duly -admitted to the practice -of law in the -Stat-e of Iowa, and am
a member of the -firm of Newbrough, Johnston, Brewer, Maddux &
Nadler, with offices =at 6-12 Kellogg Avenue, Ames, Story County,
Iowa. I further state that s -have examined -the Abstract -of Title
to the following described real estate:
A Replat of, ALL of Lot Thirty-one (31) , Ninth Addition; -and
ALL of -Lot Twenty--eight (28) , Tenth Addition; both in Northridge
Parkway Subdivision to Ames, Iowa; located in the South-hal-f ]of
the Southwest Quarter (S1/2-SW1/4) of Section 28 - T84N - -R24W of
the 5th P.M. , in the City bf Ames, -Story County, Iowa; more
particularly described as follows:

been -subdivided, and is now known as Eleventh Addition, Northridge
Parkway Subdivision to Ames, Iowa.
Based on the information in the abstract, it is my
opinion the fee title is in the proprietors, Erben A. Hunziker and
Margaret H. Hunziker, husband and wife, and Donald M. Furman and
Ruth W. Furman, husband and wife; R. Friedrich and Sons, Inc. , and

Buck construction Company, Inc. , and the real estate is free from
encumbrances except for easements andcovenants of record, Articles
and By-Laws of Northridge Parkway Homeowners Association, Inc. , and
the general zoning ordinances of the City of Ames, Iowa.
