RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR
POWER PLANT BREAKER AND RELAY MAINTENANCE
FOR ELECTRIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, as
follows:
Section 1. The contract between the City of Ames, Iowa, and Tri-City Electric Company of
Iowa of Davenport, Iowa, in the amount of$180,000 dated the 28th day of April, 2015, for the
Power Plant Breaker and Relay Maintenance as provided for in the detailed plans and
specifications referred to in the preamble hereof, and the performance bond of the said
contractor with United Fire & Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, in
the amount of$180,000.00 filed in connection therewith,be and the same are hereby approved.
Section 2. All resolutions or order or parts thereof in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extend of such conflict.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of April, 2015.
