Dear Mr. Byg,
The City currently has in its possession a certified check for
$190,000 to cover remaining subdivision improvements for the Northridge
2nd & 3rd Additions. Keep this check to cover the remaining work as
follows:
Northridge 2nd & 3rd - street surface - $ 25,000
Northridge 4th - " it - 3,000
Northridge 4th - street lights - 3,000
Northridge 5th Addition - street, curb, gutter,
and lights 52,500
Northridge 6th - various unknown
The $190,000 check will more than cover the above items. This will
enable you to release a check you are holding for $41 ,500 for the Northridge
4th Addition. Please let me know when I can pickup that check.
