We, DONALD YOUNG and LYNN YOUNG, husband and wife; ERBEN A.
HUNZIKER and MARGARET H. HUNZIKER, husband and wife; DONALD M.
FURMAN and RUTH A. FURMAN, husband and wife; R. FRIEDRICH & SONS,
INC. ; and BUCK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. , of Ames, Story County,
Iowa, do hereby grant to Northridge Parkway Homeowners Association,
Inc. , its successors and assigns, the perpetual right to use the
real estate as described on the Easement Plat, attached hereto and
by this reference made a part hereof, in order for Northridge
Parkway Homeowners Association, Inc. to construct, reconstruct, and
maintain facilities and signs to identify the entrance to the
Northridge Parkway Subdivisions.
The foregoing rights are granted upon the express
condition that the users of the granted rights will assume
liability for all damage to the hereinbefore described real estate
and adjoining real estate caused by failure to use due care in the
exercise of the granted rights.

"Beginning at the Southeast (SE) corner of Lot Thirty—on
(31) of said Second Addition; thence N 89' 52' 29" W, 70.00 f et
along the north line of Northridge Parkway; thence
N 63' 33' 37" E, 78.26 feet; thence S 00* 07' 31" W, 35.00 f et
along the west line of County Road R-50, to the Point of
Beginning."

S 64' 17' 49" E, 69.25 feet; thence N 04' 35' 19" W, 30.00 feet

Beginning."
