AND
PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
FIRST NATIONAL BANK, AMES, IOWA, mortgagee of a certain mortgage
executed by GRAND INVESTORS, L.L.C., by David M. Klatt, Member, and by Ronald C.
Stenberg, Member, as mortgagor, said mortgage being dated February 11, 1997, and having
been filed in the office of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on February 21, 1997, as
Instrument No. 97-01670, does by these presents consent to the platting of the following-
described real estate and states that said plat is prepared with its free consent and in
accordance with its desire:
Parcel A in the Northeast Quarter (NEa) of the Southeast Quarter
(SE-0 of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Eighty-four (84) North,
Range Twenty-four (24) West of the 5th P.M., in the City of Ames,
Story County, Iowa, as shown on the 'Plat of Survey' filed in the office
of the Recorder of Story County, Iowa, on February 8, 1995, and
recorded as Instrument No. 95-01002 in C & F N Book 13, page 15,
said real estate to be platted and known as NORTHERN LIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AMES,
STORY"COUNTY, IOWA.
This Consent is executed pursuant to Section 409A.11, The Code of Iowa.
The undersigned mortgagee does further hereby release from the lien of said
mortgage Lot A, Lot B (Orion Drive), Lot C (Roy Key Avenue) and Lot D (Polaris Drive)
of said subdivision, specifically reserving and retaining the mortgage lien and all mortgage
rights against all of the remaining property embraced in said mortgage.
