COUNCIL ACTION FORM
SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT OF NORTHERN LIGHTS SUBDIVI-
SION IN AMES, IOWA.
BACKGROUND:
The owners of the property west of Grand Avenue (U.S. Hwy 69) north of Wheeler
Street have met the requirements of the City with respect to the subdivision ordinance.
The developers have filed security guarantees to insure completion of the pavement,
sidewalk, water main, and street lights for this subdivision. The sanitary sewer and
storm sewer have been completed.
MANAGER'S RECOMMENDED ACTION:
It is the recommendation of the City Manager that the City Council accept the Final Plat
and associated documents for Northern Lights Subdivision, in Ames, Iowa.
