For general utility easements the west five (5) feet and the north five (5) feet of the real estate described as Lot I of Northcrest Subdivision, Ames , Iowa . The undersigned does further grant to the City of Ames , Iowa , the right to permit other utility companies to construct and, in the same manner , maintain their utility facilities , jointly or severally , upon , underground, over or across all real estate described above .
