RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
3605 LINCOLN WAY
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a conveyance parcel per
Section 23.307 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS,the site is located at 3605 Lincoln Way,and the owners are Yin Yu and Yudong Weng;and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is:
That part of-the- tract described in s Warranty Deed filed on April 4. 2005 at Inst. No. 05-034456
being situated in the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5. Township 83 worth.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa, that
the Plat of Survey for 3605 Lincoln Way is hereby approved.
