Hunziker and Margaret H. " Note : This easement is a redefinition of and is a wholly contained existing easement , which was platted within The Gateway Hills Subdivision; and recorded in Book 147 , Pages 275--276 , on December 29, 1978. The foregoing right is granted upon the express condition that the ity of Ames will assume liability for all damage to the herein described property caused by the City's failure to sue due care in its exercise of the ranted right.
